1. Make a mixture with equal parts of glycerin and egg white. Pour this mixture over a strip of linen and put the strip on the burn to heal quickly.

2. Poultice made from turmeric powder, egg white and lemon juice is effective for treating wounds and boils.

3. Add beaten egg white to a grain of camphor and mix thoroughly. Apply this mixture all over your face and wash after 15 minutes. This is very effective in closing the skin pores and cleansing the facial skin.

4. Dip cotton in egg white and spread it over the skin; leave it for an hour and wash your face. This helps you in removing wrinkles.

5. Egg works as a good conditioner for your hair. Apply egg white to your hair half an hour before shampooing. You can see the wonderful shine of your hair.

6. Apply the inner part of egg on the wound to heal it without leaving any scar.


7. Clean your used flask with some crushed egg shells, a little vinegar and warm water for removing the stink.

Egg for the Face:

  • Egg can reduce the puffiness under the eye. Apply thin film under the eye and allow to remain for 10-15mins.

The shells' sharp edges scrape the soft bellies of outdoor pests like snails and slugs, preventing them from snacking on the plants' leaves.   • To restore the shine of your old and worn out leather, separate the whites of 2 eggs into a bowl. Then use a dry cloth to apply the whites to the leather in a circular motion. The proteins in the egg whites moisturize the material to give it a like-new shape and shine.
